Have you forgotten you Avast Enterprise Administration console password? Fortunately, there is a way to reset it using the “AmsTool.exe” utility, provided with the software.
1. Open the Command Prompt with administrative rights.

If you have forgotten the master password then, unfortunately, you or any other cannot access the data in the account. Due to security reasons, Avast can not help you to get the data back. Although, you can reset the password as you will set up the new master password, all the data in that account will be erased which cannot be accessed again. Check your inbox for the e-mail account used and open the message Avast Account – password reset. 4 Click the link to reset your account password.Create a new password and click Change password. Do you have this same issue? “C: Program Files AVAST Software Administration Console Avast.Sbc.Service.exe” is the installation path to the file. And –c password –p NewPassword are the application switches. Do leave –c password intact, but change the newpassword field to the password of your choice.
NOTE : If for any reason the command does not complete, you may try to browse to “C:Program FilesAVAST SoftwareEnterprise Administration” and run the command “AmsTool.exe /pwdreset” from there.

3. This will open the AmsTool UI, simply click on the “Reset password” button located on the lower left corner.
